E'rybody keeps talkin bout 'PO is home. Moses Levivy, formerly Jamal Barrow, aka rapper SHYNE PO is not home. I repeat SHYNE 'PO IS NOT HOME!!!!! His scheduled release date was October 6, 2009.
MTV NEWS is reporting that while Leviy was in fact released from prison, he is currently being detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at an undisclosed facility in Western New York state while his immigration status is determined.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the brother. Justice will prevail.
